We use heatpack or infra red heating system to warm up the muscles prior to doing stretching and exercising .Electrical stimulation such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), is able to reduce back pain intensity by stimulate the underlying nerves.
- Corrective Exercises: Depending on the way your spine is curved, our physiotherapist will assess accordingly and decide a specific corrective exercise program for you. An unspecified exercise program often might worsen your curves or symptoms. Often, apart from strengthening convexed side of the spine and stretching for the concaved side of the spine, we also help to derotate your spine through specific exercises.
